Position: Admissions Nurse - RN
Location: N. Kingstown, RI & Boston, MA
Job Status: Full Time
Responsible for evaluation and assessment of a patient referral to the completion of the initial plan of care for patient referrals from intake to admissions to hospice.

Admissions RN's are responsible for evaluation and assessment of a patient referral to the completion of the initial plan of care for patient referral from intake to admission to hospice. 

 

Education:  Graduate of an accredited nursing program, currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state and in good standing with the Board.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing and/or certification in hospice preferred.
Experience:  Two (2) years experience in providing medical, surgical, oncology, or hospice nursing
