Thursday, July 15, 2010 (EST) - There is a Bridge-documentary movie about dementia

Thursday July 15, 2010. 5:00 p.m. at the York office of Beacon Hospice located at 42 Brickyard Court and July 22 in South Portland. There is no cost for this event. Please contact Heather Thompson at 207-772-0929 for more information and to register. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.



Join us for the movie, There is a Bridge followed by discussion. There is a Bridge is a documentary about hope and connection regarding living with and loving people with Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

We will provide refreshments and trivia prizes!  Please call to reserve your seat.

    The RN Case Manager provides nursing care and hospice case management to hospice patients and families. Implements nursing interventions and coordinates the Patient/Family Interdisciplinary Plan of Care.
